The service
Each Custom Site Experience purchase covers one custom website unless the order or written proposal specifically states otherwise. Pricing starts at $64; projects with additional scope may require a separate quote.
Your materials
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all photographs, video, audio, text and logos you send us, and that the content is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.
Timelines
Typical turnaround is up to 72 hours after all required materials are received. Timelines depend on receiving your completed intake form, receipt and all required materials. More complex projects may require additional time.
Revisions and scope
Revisions are included up to the allowance stated in your order and apply to the agreed scope. New functionality, redesigns, additional pages or expanded scope may require a separate quote.
Hosting, domains and third parties
Domain registration, hosting and third-party services (payment providers, booking tools, video platforms) are governed by those providers' own terms and may carry their own fees.
