Before work begins
If you cancel before we begin design work — generally before your intake form and materials are reviewed — you may request a full refund of amounts paid.
After work begins
Once design work has started, refunds are considered on a partial basis reflecting the work already completed, at our reasonable discretion.
After approval or launch
Once you approve your design or the website is prepared for launch, the project is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Third-party costs
Domain registrations, hosting fees and other third-party charges are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.

Email TheStellarSystem@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We respond to refund requests within a reasonable time and confirm the outcome in writing.
